I know what you are thinking!!! why is Gail posting twice this week?
I really!! really!! had to share this with you and I just couldn’t wait, if you know anything about me, I’m pretty you know sharing is an impulse for me as well…I can’t wait.
In the New Year I spoke about a resolution, to bring my lunch everyday. I wanted to give you an update and possibly urge you to join me with Small Changes – Big Difference
It is so easy to get overwhelmed when it comes to weight loss, believe me I know. So I want to share with you what is working for me at this very moment.
Here are some of the Small Changes I have made:
- walking up the escalators
- drinking more water
- drinking less coffee
- eating home cooked food, not prepared food
- snacking on fruits
- cutting down on TV time
- waking up later
- downloaded an app called Lose It and I log my calories for the day (in the evening).
- moisturizing my skin and caring for my face & body
- eating less carbs
- not drinking alcohol
- going to the gym once to twice a week
Now none of my small changes have to be what you change for yourself but the point is to start small. You didn’t gain the weight overnight and you won’t lose it that way either.
So what are my Big Results so far:
- way more energetic
- lost 8lbs since New Year
- feeling motivated
- planning activities
- better digestion
- happier than a camel on Wednesday (lol hump day
- facing fears
- breathing more
I’m also including here an article from #Oprah

If your goal is not about weight loss this attitude can be used effectively for any life ambition you may have.
All I can say is that by planning a bit more and refusing to live in the status quo, one small change at a time I will reach my goals.
It is also inspiring other changes :))
Let me know if you make a change…make it small but make it .
