You really have to see it to believe it :))
Although it isn’t visible, I’m a bit embarrassed to say that I think my “blank” is showing?
No dirty thoughts now! I’m referring to my CONFIDENCE showing and no I’m not embarrassed simply distracting you with cute kittens (lol).
I’ve always had IT – it’s just that lately I feel like my usual bubbly self hence the play on words brought out by my frisky persona, just picture a kitten playing with a ball of yarn. Don’t just picture it, here is a cute kitty playing with a ball of yarn :))
You know the old adage; Self Confidence Begins with Self Forgiveness
Quote: “Before you can live a part of you has to die . You have to let go of what could have been, how you should have acted and what you wish you would have said differently. You have to accept that you can’t change the past experiences, opinions of others at that moment in time or outcomes from their choices or yours. When you finally recognize that truth then you will understand the true meaning of forgiveness of yourself and others. From this point you will finally be free.”

I used a hypnotic booster and no this isn’t a code word for a “self-massaging tool”, it is an audio recording designed to build confidence, relax you and help you find the core of your being.
I know you are probably thinking, what the hell is Gail talking about now!!!…some new get fit scheme???
It isn’t a get fit scheme, it is just a great way for me to reconnect with someone other than the inner critic that keeps judging and shaming me. The hypnotic booster is soothing.
The time I spend angry at myself and others, focused on the hurt and beating myself up for not being where I thought I should be is the time I miss out on the opportunity to be in the moment. I grew to be heavy physically from mental fatigue and I needed to rest so that I can build up the energy from within to tackle the real weight.
This long weekend was truly amazing – I spent it with my grand-daughter & dog.
I went swimming Friday night, to a Sponge Bob Movie on Saturday, ran around the house scaring each other while the dog chased us Saturday night, swimming again on Sunday, karaoke singing on Sunday night, walking yesterday and the list goes on and on and on…
I am beautifully exhausted today and feeling a wonderful glow of positive energy. It’s a different exhaustion, not mental fatigue but I’m actually just happily tired.
We keep thinking the same kind of thoughts, and visualize the same mental images in an unconscious automatic manner. This means we keep viewing the same movie in our minds, and consequently, go on creating and living the same kind of life.
The ability of silencing the mind is the key to finding the button that turns the mind on and off, as we wish. When we are able to turn it off at will, we experience serenity of mind, strength, confidence and happiness. When the mind and its thoughts are quiet, we are able to use the mind in a most effective way.
Silencing the thoughts and the incessant, tiring, consuming chatter of the mind means enjoying peace and happiness. At this stage, we become the boss of the mind.
- If you keep thinking about difficulties, fears and failure your life will mirror these thoughts.
- If you keep thinking about your current circumstances you will keep recreating them.
Becoming the boss of your mind enables you to think about what you want, when you want it, and to stop being influenced by outside forces.
Guess what? My Confidence is Showing :))
